Frequently Asked Questions
1. Do you accept insurance?
TWC is a cash-based practice. We do not take insurance; however, we are happy to provide you with an itemized statement that you may submit to your insurance company. An itemized statement does not guarantee insurance payment reimbursement.
2. How does telehealth work?
Patients are seen virtually through a HIPAA compliant electronic health record (EHR) after consents are completed. Prior to your appointment you will be sent a link for your appointment. At the time of your appointment, you will click on this link and you will enter the virtual waiting room for your appointment. The provider will join you at the time of your appointment. You may receive a link a few days prior so that you may upload copies of your state issued id, any pertinent health records, and complete intake forms.
3. Will I have a patient portal?
Yes! You will receive access to your patient portal which will contain your health records provided by The Women's Clinic.
4. Which pharmacy do you use?
There are several options available. We may choose to use your local pharmacy, a local compounding pharmacy, or an online pharmacy. I will work with pharmacies to obtain the highest quality product for you and negotiate pricing if able.
